What counts as one entity?
Eén entiteit = één BV (of vergelijkbare rechtspersoon) zoals geregistreerd bij de KvK. Holdings en werkmaatschappijen tellen apart, omdat elk eigen besluiten en jaarrekeningen heeft.
Can I cancel during my subscription?
Ja. Abonnementen lopen maand-tot-maand. Opzeggen vóór de eerstvolgende incasso voorkomt de volgende termijn; reeds gegenereerde documenten blijven beschikbaar in je archief voor de wettelijke bewaartermijn van zeven jaar.
Is reverse-charge VAT supported?
Ja, voor EU-zakelijke klanten met een geldig BTW-nummer (geverifieerd via VIES) wordt 0% btw met de aantekening 'BTW verlegd' op de factuur toegepast. NL-klanten betalen 21% btw; particulieren binnen de EU vallen onder de OSS-regeling.
Can I create one document without a subscription?
Ja. Betaal per document; de prijs verschilt per document en is inclusief de wettelijke validatie, ondertekening en export naar PDF. Word (DOCX) is beschikbaar vanaf Pro en Accountant Starter. Een abonnement loont zodra je meerdere documenten per jaar opstelt.
How does this differ from generic AI?
een generieke AI genereert plausibele tekst maar kan rekensommen, BW-citaten en datums hallucineren. Caproom Docs combineert AI-opstelling met een deterministische BW-validator (art. 2:216, 2:208, 2:238 BW) en levert een eIDAS-AES getekende PDF, geen lege prompt, geen onbewezen claims.
